Is training provided on how to use the XO?

Cecilian Partners is a people organization. We help our clients throughout the entire onboarding process so they can reap as much value as possible from all our real estate technologies. In fact, our involvement and support can only increase with time, especially as more users and builders use our product. As your team grows, continual training and support will always be available. Support, service, and partnership are the cornerstones of all our customer relationships.

What happens when my home builders turn over?

We will train every new home builder that joins the team throughout the life of your entire development project. As part of our ongoing support, we will proactively set up 1-on-1 training sessions with new users and builders at no additional cost. Furthermore, we are always available to answer questions or provide refresher courses for current team members and departments.

How much does the XO cost?

Pricing is typically on a per-community project basis. It is also based on the scale and complexity of the community itself. However, price will never change based on the number of users or lots, even if those fluctuate over the course of your project. Our commitment is to support your community regardless of how many users are involved. We also pride ourselves on a transparent pricing model – simple, clear billing, no upcharges or hidden fees, and complete clarity on what you are getting for what you are paying.

How long does it take to set up the XO?

Set-up times can vary depending on the availability of your data. The onboarding process typically takes about 10 to 14 weeks to complete. We onboard differently than other companies. Our team likes to get into the weeds and help you every step of the way. We understand how busy you are. So let us guide you on your journey.

Who do we call when something isn’t working?

From training to troubleshooting or answering questions, we have a dedicated team focused solely on supporting existing clients. We are constantly evolving our platform, but the vast majority of our updates are guided by your needs and the feedback of all our customers.
